We will be offering 3 different state decks. The Iron Legion, The Cult of Voices and the Ivory Syndicate. These decks feature 1 State, 1 Hero and 5 sets of culture cards, distributed across buildings, units and fortifications, to support their own playstyle. Play these decks straight out of the box, or build your own and challenge your friends!
